"Idrogeno gassoso - Stazioni di rifornimento", il primo a certificare le valvole a sfera per il trasporto dell'idrogeno secondo la norma [ISO 23826:2021](https://blog.habonim.com/gas-cylinders-specifications-and-standards-for-ball-valves?hsLang=en) basata su [TPED](https://habonim.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/HABONIM-IN-HOUSE-INSPECTION-TPED-08_2022.pdf) e ora - Habonim è il primo produttore di valvole a certificare i prodotti per il TPE - rendendo le valvole Habonim idonee al trasporto dell'idrogeno nel Regno Unito! In [Habonim](https://habonim.com/) lavoriamo a stretto contatto con i nostri clienti in tutto il mondo per assicurarci di essere allineati con le più recenti esigenze del mercato e delle normative, in particolare nei settori emergenti e dinamici come quello dei carburanti a idrogeno e dei sistemi a gas idrogeno ad altissima pressione. A partire da gennaio 2023, la certificazione TPE per qualsiasi apparecchiatura che utilizzi valvole a sfera è richiesta in base alla conformità alla norma ISO 23826:2021, che assicura prestazioni adeguate in condizioni di servizio normali. Le valvole certificate TPE saranno contrassegnate dal marchio “rho” (ρ) insieme al numero di certificazione. Il trasporto interno dell’idrogeno avviene comprimendo l’idrogeno in bombole disposte in contenitori di gas multielemento (MEGC) o in tubi orizzontali – noti come “tube trailers”. Il MEGC è fondamentalmente una matrice di cilindri disposti in un telaio di un container ISO; ci sono prevalentemente due tipi di cilindri: quelli in materiale composito, per un massimo di 650 bar (9.425 psi) e quelli in fibra di vetro per un massimo di 450 bar (6.527 psi). Se utilizzate con gas liquefatto, le valvole devono essere dotate di un sistema di decompressione che, nella maggior parte dei casi, le rende valvole a flusso unidirezionale. Per garantire un livello di sicurezza accettabile, il TPE richiede che l’apparecchiatura, valvole comprese, superi con successo i seguenti test: 1.   Prova di resistenza che consiste in 2.000 cicli a temperatura ambiente e a una pressione pari a 1,2 volte la pressione massima di esercizio. Le parti morbide, come le tenute, non possono essere sostituite durante il test e devono essere ispezionate visivamente subito dopo il completamento del test. 1 ciclo è un movimento completo da chiuso ad aperto entro 3 secondi. ![image001 (1)](https://blog.habonim.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image001%20(1).webp?width=870&height=490&name=image001%20(1).webp) 2.   Sono richieste prove di resistenza allo scoppio idraulico con acqua a una pressione pari a 2,25 volte la pressione massima di esercizio e per almeno 2 minuti, seguite da un’ispezione visiva. 3.   La norma ISO 23826:2021 richiede che le valvole funzionino correttamente o si chiudano automaticamente in caso di incendio per evitare l’emissione di gas infiammabili. ![image003 (1)](https://blog.habonim.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image003%20(1).webp?width=870&height=610&name=image003%20(1).webp)      4.
